NEW PRODUCTS AVAILABLE
Alcan Thermoplastics have now added two new products to its Apet range in line with current legislation requirements and Alcan’s serious concern for the sustainability of global resources and the environment.
We are now able to offer RPet a clear Apet which has a high proportion of recycled materials which have been approved by our internal testing laboratory, this blend of first grade and recycled material is encapsulated between two outer layers of Apet containing slip additives. This material is suitable for thermoforming, printing and fabrication.
The second material is our clear PC-Rpet produced using a minimum of 50% Food approved and certified post consumer waste and first grade APet resin encapsulated between two outer layers of APet containing slip additives. The material is suitable for all types of packaging, print and fabrication.
Both products are immediately available in gauges of 250 - 800 microns.
